Senior Vice President

As a Senior Vice President, Stephanie leads human capital operations, working with board members and management teams at Serent portfolio companies to identify executive talent requirements, recruit leaders into key roles, design human capital strategies, and execute those strategies.

Prior to joining Serent, Stephanie worked at Harvey & Company, a merchant banking and acquisition advisory firm. While there, she originated and evaluated acquisition opportunities for middle-market private equity funds and corporate acquirers in the media, technology, building products and business services sectors. She holds a B.S. in Political Science and International Studies from the University of California, Irvine.

Stephanie is a proud foodie who loves cooking, baking, fitness classes, travel planning, Star Wars, and cheering loudly for her favorite sports teams.
