Olivia leads recruiting efforts at Serent Capital. She provides a strong ability to streamline hiring processes, maximize onboarding efficiencies, and foster professional relationships throughout the Firm.
Prior to joining Serent, Olivia worked as an administrator in several Manhattan based financial firms as well as Austin’s AIC Ventures where she managed all office needs, researched best practices for office improvements, assisted each department and CEO as needed and planned office events. Between New York and Austin, she took a year off to teach English as a second language at the Apollo English Center in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Olivia has a B.A. of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from Texas State University.
Olivia once worked as a party clown alongside her finance career and now enjoys journaling, singing, playing piano, and spending time with her husband and rescue dog.
