Mo Ayodele

Vice President

Mo is an MBA Intern on Serent’s Growth Team, where she supports value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio companies. She is pursuing an MBA at The Wharton School and previously earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Prior to Serent, Mo served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Reliance Health, one of Africa’s leading health technology and insurance companies, where she supported strategic growth initiatives and investor reporting. Previously, she spent several years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising clients across a range of industries and functions, including strategy, growth, and operational transformation. During her time at BCG, she completed a secondment with L’Oréal’s Luxury Beauty division, where she supported consumer activation initiatives. Earlier in her career, Mo completed multiple internships at BCG and gained international experience through Cornell University’s Emerging Economies Program in Argentina and Chile.

Outside of work, Mo enjoys traveling. She has lived on four continents and hopes to live on all of them, minus Antartica due to the cold.
