Brian is a Vice President on Serent’s Investing Team, where he focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and supporting investments in enterprise software and tech-enabled services businesses.
Prior to joining Serent Capital, Brian worked at Astorg, a global private equity firm, where he focused on B2B software and tech-enabled businesses across North America and Europe. His involvement spanned the investment lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio value creation, and supported several platform investments. Brian began his career at Bain & Company, where he primarily advised financial sponsors on commercial due diligence and growth strategy engagements. Brian earned a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
