Shelby serves as the Office Manager for Serent Capital. She provides a strong ability to streamline processes, maximize efficiency, and foster professional relationships throughout the firm.

With nearly ten years of experience in the administrative and non-profit industries, Shelby has a proven track record of providing best-in-class support. Her professional philosophy centers around helping others. Prior to joining Serent, Shelby worked at Obvious Ventures supporting various aspects of their business, including their investment team, LP relations, and portfolio companies.

Shelby graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Behavioral Healthcare.
