As a member of Serent's Growth Team, Sash works closely with Serent portfolio company leaders to drive value creation and growth initiatives.

Sash started his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Boston where he focused on serving Private Equity and Institutional Investor clients and their portfolio companies. His work included industry and company due diligence, crafting of go-to-market strategies, and org restructuring, among others. His industry exposure included consumer, tech, media, and automotive and spanned 5 continents.

Sash then worked at Invus, a Private Equity firm in New York on both the investing and portfolio operations team before running a startup in San Francisco & Shanghai that sold their technology to large phone OEMs and carriers.

Sash graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University with a BS in Finance & Accounting (Honors).
