As a member of Serent's Growth Team, Russell works closely with Serent portfolio company leaders to drive value creation and growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Serent, Russell was a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, Russell focused primarily on transformations related to operational excellence and client capability building in the Global Energy & Materials and Consumer Retail sectors.
Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Certificate in Collaborative Leadership from Purdue University.
