As an IT Associate, Ross supports day-to-day IT operations and user technology needs across the firm.

Prior to joining Serent, Ross was an IT Operations Engineer at Open Lending, where he supported a hybrid workforce of over 200 employees. He previously held roles as an IT Support Analyst at Brookfield Residential and as a Developer and IT Support Specialist at Q2ebanking.

With over 15 years of experience in IT, Ross brings deep expertise in end-user support, systems administration, and white-glove service for executive teams.

He earned an Associate’s degree in CIS/Networking from Lanier Technical College and holds certifications including CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 (MS-900), and Azure (AZ-900).
