Patrick O’Brien

As an Associate at Serent Capital, Patrick is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Serent, Patrick worked at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banker in the Technology group in San Francisco. While at J.P. Morgan in San Francisco, Patrick advised Consumer Internet, Disruptive Commerce, and Software clients on M&A transactions, equity offerings, and debt financings. Patrick began his career at J.P. Morgan in New York, where he worked in the institutional Sales and Trading division focused on global sovereign debt and interest rate derivative markets.

Patrick holds a BBA in Finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated cum laude.
