As an Associate at Serent Capital, Michael is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Serent Capital, Michael worked at Citigroup as an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions / Global Industrials group in Chicago. At Citi, Michael advised clients in the industrials sector on M&A transactions, debt financings, and equity offerings.

Michael holds a B.A in Economics, minor in Mathematics, and Kellogg Certificate in Financial Economics from Northwestern University.
