Michael focuses on deal origination and qualification, as well as developing investment themes and intermediary relationships.
Prior to joining Serent, Michael worked at Provident Healthcare Partners, a boutique investment banking firm located in Los Angeles. At Provident, he was responsible for sourcing sell-side engagements, evaluating sectors of interest, and executing transactions. Before Provident, Michael worked at Deloitte Advisory in the Technology Services division.
Michael has a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
