Michael DeMaria

As an Associate at Serent Capital, Michael is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Serent Capital, Michael worked at Union Square Advisors as an investment banker in the San Francisco office. At Union Square, Michael advised clients in various technology sectors on several M&A and financing transactions. Prior to Union Square, Michael worked at Moelis in the investment banking group in New York.

Michael holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Music from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
