As Vice President, Matt is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Serent, Matt worked at AGC Partners, a technology boutique investment bank. At AGC Partners, Matt advised clients on M&A transactions and growth financings. Matt began his career in Equity Research at Barclays, where he covered Semiconductors.
Matt holds a B.S. in Economics and Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
