As a Vice President at Serent Capital, Matt is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Serent, Matt worked at AGC Partners, a technology boutique investment bank. At AGC Partners, Matt advised clients on M&A transactions and growth financings. Matt began his career in Equity Research at Barclays, where he covered Semiconductors.
Matt holds a B.S. in Economics and Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
