As a member of Serent's Growth Team, Matt works closely with management teams at portfolio companies on value-creation initiatives to drive measurable and sustained revenue and earnings growth.
Prior to joining Serent, Matt was a portfolio support professional at Bain Capital in Boston. While at Bain Capital, Matt partnered with the management teams of multiple portfolio companies. His work spanned strategy development, operational efficiency, salesforce effectiveness, corporate development, and others. Prior to Bain Capital, Matt worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in Chicago.
Matt has an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He also has a BSE, summa cum laude, in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
