Lee Holmes

As an Associate at Serent Capital, Lee is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Serent, Lee worked at Bank of America as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology group in Palo Alto, California. At Bank of America, Lee advised global clients in the Software, Internet, Semiconductor, and Mobility sectors on various M&A, equity, and debt financing transactions.

Lee holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Business.
