As a member of Serent's Human Capital team, Kayla is responsible for identifying executive talent, recruiting leaders into key roles, and implementing human capital strategies for Serent portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Serent, Kayla worked at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), an expert network and research firm that connects investors with subject matter experts. At GLG, Kayla managed a team assisting Private Equity and Venture Capital clients with their research needs.
Kayla holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt University.
