Joey Maddox

As a Senior Associate at Serent Capital, Joey is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Serent Capital, Joey was a management consultant with Bain & Company in Chicago. In this role, he worked with leading private equity funds to evaluate investment opportunities and develop portfolio strategies, as well as advised businesses across a variety of industries on growth strategy and operational improvements.​

Joey holds a B.A. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia where he was a Lawn resident.
