Jason Morgan

As an Associate at Serent Capital, Jason is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Serent, Jason was a management consultant with Bain & Company in Atlanta. In this role, he worked with leading private equity funds to evaluate investment opportunities, as well as advised businesses on operational improvements and growth strategy. Prior to Bain, Jason worked at Rented.com where he worked closely with the founder of the business on a wide array of objectives, from raising capital to building products to general strategy and operations.

Jason holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University.
