As an Associate at Serent Capital, Jack is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Serent Capital, Jack worked at Barclays as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology group. At Barclays, Jack advised clients in the Internet, Semiconductor, and Software sectors on various M&A and financing transactions.
Jack has a B.S. in Finance from The University of Alabama.
