As Vice President at Serent Capital, Ilan is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent's portfolio companies. He focuses on companies in the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Serent Capital, Ilan was a management consultant with Bain & Company in Chicago. In this role, he worked with leading private equity funds to evaluate investment opportunities and develop portfolio strategies, as well as advised businesses across a variety of industries on growth strategy and operational improvements.
Ilan holds a B.A. in Economics and English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
