Craig Foos

As a member of Serent's Growth Team, Craig works closely with Serent portfolio company leaders to define value creation plans and execute the initiatives, focusing intently on the levers that matter – scalability, top-line growth, and margin expansion. Craig brings extensive leadership experience to his role, spanning multiple industries with depth in operations, process improvement, complexity reduction, strategy development, and execution.

Prior to joining Serent, Craig was the COO of Integra Partners, a PE-backed, tech-enabled healthcare company that was sold to a strategic buyer, generating meaningful returns for investors. Prior to Integra Partners, Craig was the head of corporate strategy and omni-channel operations at American Eagle Outfitters and helped establish Wilson Perumal & Company, a boutique consulting firm specializing in operations strategy and implementation. He has also held roles at Bain & Company, Duane Street Capital, and the U.S. Coast Guard. ​

Craig has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an M.A. in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University. He also has a B.S. from the US Coast Guard Academy.
