Ayrinn Sariol

Ayrinn is an Associate Director at Serent Capital. She is responsible for the data knowledge management within the Human Capital team.

Prior to joining Serent Capital, Ayrinn was the Director of Operations and Strategy at Altruistic AC & Heating, a local HVAC company where she helped build and transform Altruistic into a technologically supported company where she was responsible for structuring company operations and strategy by identifying operational gaps within the company to deliver results at scale. Previously, Ayrinn served in multiple roles at GLG, a B2B professional learning platform including recruiting C-suite executives in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Ayrinn holds a Dual Degree in Global Studies and Spanish from St. Edward's University.
