Arsineh Ananian

As SVP of Legal, Arsineh manages the preparation and execution of employment agreements, incentive equity grant agreements and other relevant documentation for Serent portfolio company executives and directors.

Arsineh began her career as an associate at Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher, where she worked as an executive compensation and employee benefits specialist. Her practice encompassed corporate and securities law aspects of equity and other incentive compensation plans, as well as executive employment and severance agreements. Following her time at Gibson and prior to joining Serent, Arsineh worked as the Head of Talent at The Athletic Media Company. ​

Arsineh earned her JD from The University of Chicago Law School and her B.S. in Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
