As an Associate at Serent Capital, Nathaniel is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Serent’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Serent, Nathaniel worked at Lazard as an investment banking analyst in New York. At Lazard, Nathaniel advised clients on acquisition and leveraged financing, strategic capital raising, and other complex transactions.
Nathaniel holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Chicago.
Nathaniel grew up in New York and the Bay Area and enjoys cooking, hiking, skiing, and learning new sports like tennis.
