As an Operating Product and Technology Director (OPTD), Neeraj works closely with the portfolio management teams as a hands-on resource providing oversight, guidance, and support related to technology transformation and product growth.

Neeraj has over 20 years of experience as a General Manager, a Product and Technology executive, and an entrepreneur in founding, incubating, scaling, and transforming a range of enterprise software and systems businesses – from software infrastructure to enterprise applications and cloud-based services. He has a proven track record of transformation and dramatic growth of enterprise businesses by leading his teams in rethinking the business and focusing on – customer value, improved GTM execution, new vertical market opportunities, expanded product vision and footprint, and new solution categories. In addition to working with Serent, Neeraj is an active advisor in the tech and Private Equity industries. Prior to joining Serent, he was an Operating Partner with Francisco Partners. Neeraj has an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, an M.S. from the University of Louisville and a B.Tech Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
