Jason Fletcher

Operating Executive Director

As an Operating Executive Director (OED), Jason works closely with portfolio company management teams as a hands-on resource, providing oversight, guidance, and support.

Jason is a seasoned SaaS CEO with 20+ years of experience building and scaling vertical software businesses. He has led five companies across multiple end markets, including his current role as CEO of ManageAmerica, a leading SaaS platform for the manufactured housing industry.

Jason has a strong track record of driving growth and successful exits, having led his four previous companies through exit transactions. In addition to his operating roles, he has served as an Operating Partner at BVP Forge and K1 Capital Management, advising growth-stage SaaS companies on scaling and value creation. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder

When not working, Jason struggles to understand how his three teenage boys all decided to participate in the same sports – competitive skiing and soccer. This keeps the calendar packed for him and his wife Jill, every month of the year.
