FranConnect is the leading provider of franchise management software and operations software to franchisors and franchisees globally. The Company had a highly customized, legacy codebase platform which made it resource intensive to both maintain and grow its customer base.

Actions

  • Partnered with Serent external advisor (GlobalLogic) to assess the IT infrastructure and develop a roadmap to successfully execute a SaaS transition
  • Collaborated with Human Capital team to structure the Company’s development organization and put the right leaders in place to execute on the transition
